Terms of Service
Last updated September 28, 2026
These terms cover your use of the How Many Times iOS app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Using the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with the App Store's Usage Rules and Apple's standard licensed-application end user license agreement.
Your content
The counters, counts, and notes you create belong to you. You're responsible for what you track and, if you use shared counters, for what you share and who you invite. We don't review, moderate, or have access to this content.
Shared counters
Premium subscribers can invite up to four other people to a shared counter. Sharing happens directly between the participants' own iCloud accounts via Apple's CloudKit sharing — we're not a party to it and aren't responsible for what participants share with each other. Anyone can leave a shared counter, or the owner can stop sharing it, at any time; each person's own private counter and history are never affected.
Premium subscriptions
- Some features, including shared counters, require a Premium subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings app, under your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's own terms; we don't process payments or issue refunds directly.
Acceptable use
Please don't use the App in a way that violates any law, infringes anyone's rights, or attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with how the App or Apple's services work.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including loss of data, to the extent that loss results from something outside our control, such as an iCloud outage.
Changes
We may update the App and these terms from time to time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may discontinue or change the App at any time.
